    • Phil was my bestie and my dear Brother in law. He drove Chief Brown to the WTC for a meeting that fateful day. After the attack, he helped save people on Vessey Street. Then he spent days there on search and rescue.

The scars left on Phil that day were both physical and emotional. As they were for many first responders. His suffering was not swift. Over many years his life was taken away. No eating or drinking With family and friends. Pain and seclusion. But through it all, he worried only about his Wife Karen and His daughter Kimberly.
I am happy he is not suffering any longer and in heaven with the gang.
I just miss and think of all our fun times together. He always made me feel loved beautiful !
I am at peace knowing we will laugh together again. Not too soon though Buddy !
As I promised you I will always be there for your lovely ladies !!
You are forever in our hearts
      Love ya baby.
      Forever your Kate.
